Return Period

We hope you love your Rescue Wrench LLC merchandise!

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Rescue Wrench LLC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange may not be available without prior approval.

Please note that shipping delays are not held against you, but certain conditions apply.

 Returns

You may return new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Customized or personalized merchandise

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or misprinted.
  • Clearance and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they’re defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can reserve the replacement.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned after 30 days, only with prior approval.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request an RMA Number
    All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) — no exceptions.
    Contact us at 740-202-9840 or info@rescuewrenchohio.com to request one.
  2. Ship Your Return
    • Once you have an RMA number, send your item to:
      Rescue Wrench LLC – ATTN: RETURNS
      PO Box 80, Jacksontown, Ohio 43030
    • Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
    • Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Wrench LLC is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or misprinted items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for any costs needed to restore items to resalable condition.

Defective, Damaged & Misprinted Items

  • Defective or misprinted items may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
  • Contact us within this period for return instructions.
  • Wrench LLC covers return shipping on defective or misprinted items.

Special Order Items:

  • Eligible only for replacement if defective or damaged.
  • Refunds are not available for special orders.

Delivery Refusals

Shipments refused by the customer are subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee, and
  • Any return shipping charges billed by the carrier (UPS/FedEx).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank if needed.

Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift giver received the item first, the refund will be issued to them.
